We identify, prepare, transition and support Fijian care professionals for Australian aged care providers — built for long-term retention, not one-off placement.
That single difference changes everything about how you plan, retain and grow your care team.
In Fiji, caring for elders is not a job — it is a way of life. That instinct is what Australian residents deserve.
It is a fair question. The honest answer: People Caring is not selling access to Fiji. We are selling a system. One that took years to build and cannot be replicated quickly.
And that is before the ongoing operational cost of managing care professionals from identification through to post-arrival retention — across two countries, two regulatory environments, and two very different workplace cultures.
People Caring exists so that providers can access a proven, operating system from day one.

What providers gain from a People Caring pipeline:
In Fiji, caring for elders is woven into everyday life. Respect, compassion, community and family responsibility are not taught in a classroom — they are lived values passed down through generations.
These are the instincts that make a great carer. Not just technically competent — but genuinely warm, patient and present. Competitors can source from many countries. They cannot replicate Pacific culture.
Many providers have been burned by technically qualified international care professionals who were not prepared for life and work in Australia. Homesickness, accommodation stress, cultural misunderstanding — these are the real reasons workers leave.
At People Caring, care professionals are not simply qualified. They are comprehensively prepared — before they board the plane.
Ask us about care professional readinessMost agencies measure success by placement. We measure success by retention. A care professional who leaves after six months is not a success — for the provider, the resident, or the worker.
Our retention model is a structured framework that keeps workers engaged, supported and committed — before, during and after placement.
"Most providers have experienced international workers leaving because of homesickness, accommodation issues, isolation or workplace misunderstandings. We stay engaged after placement so that doesn't happen."
Post-arrival support is where most pipeline models fail — and where People Caring is different. We do not consider our job done when a care professional arrives at your facility.
We remain an active support system for both the worker and your team throughout the placement.
What we manage after placement:
Our care professionals are warm, experienced care professionals from Fiji who carry a deep cultural tradition of caring for elders. We believe technical skills can be taught — but genuine compassion is developed over a lifetime.
We are filming short introductory videos so providers can meet care professionals before the first conversation. In the meantime, we would be glad to introduce you to our people directly.

Our six-stage pipeline covers every step of the worker journey — from identification in Fiji to sustainable, long-term employment in Australia.
Our pipeline is deliberately narrow. We only present care professionals who already hold the formal qualifications required to work in Australian aged care — so providers receive job-ready professionals, not applicants who still need to be trained from scratch.
Full transcripts, award numbers and certificates are held on file for every care professional and available for employer verification on request.
Six independent verification checks — completed on every care professional, with zero exceptions, before they are ever presented to a provider. At People Caring, compliance is not an afterthought; it is the foundation.
We understand that aged care is a regulated, high-trust environment. Your facility's compliance obligations are our responsibility too.

"At the heart of People Caring is a simple belief: exceptional care comes from people who see those they support as an extension of their own family. In Fiji, caring for elders is woven into everyday life — respect, compassion and family responsibility shape the way people care for one another."
